Sunsite estimates solar & battery returns from information you provide. We keep what we hold to the minimum needed to run the estimate and, if you ask for it, to introduce you to installers.

Requesting installer quotes (Lead Process)

When you request quotes, accredited installers who accept your request are shown your address and contact email so they can quote; before acceptance only your suburb, postcode and modelled system size are shown.

Only installers whose accredited service area covers your postcode ever see your request. Sunsite introduces you to installers — we don't independently verify them and we aren't a party to any contract you enter with one. We don't sell your contact details to resellers.

Your choices

You can close an open request at any time, which stops it being shown to further installers. Installers who already accepted keep the details they were shown so they can finish their quote.
